Taylor’s chia pudding at home. Mix it tonight, let the fridge do its thing, and give it one last stir tomorrow.

CHIA PUDDING

What goes in

4 tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons chia seeds
2 scoops KaChava
1.5 cups oat milk
0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

Make it

Whisk oat milk with KaChava until mixed.
Add the chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Stir thoroughly.
Rest 10 minutes, then stir again.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Give it a final stir and serve in a glass.
